- identification, selection and development of a product,

- selection of a distribution channel to reach the customer’s place, and
- development and implementation of a promotional strategy.
Traditional marketing we studied is primarily focused on 4 important P's -- approaches where marketers push their efforts to get customers buy their products or services. This is the traditional marketing technique - also known as Outbound Marketing.
Basically, whether or not traditional marketing is a combination of techniques used by businesses to get their customers buy their products or services.
But in this digital age, the consumer’s behavior has changed. Potential customers are searching for products and services online and they can do it 24/7 anywhere they want with the use of mobiles. According to latest trend, 78% of internet users conduct product research online. With this change of customers’ buying behavior, business owners should also change their strategy and should adopt for a dynamic and effective marketing strategy – the Inbound Marketing.
